THEFT

on September 17, 2017 Longmont Police responded on a theft of a cell phone. Limited suspect information was available and the case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, 09-17-2017, Longmont Police received a report of a possible violation of a criminal restraining order that occurred in the 4500 blk of Redmond Dr. The victim is a Longmont resident and the suspect is potentially out of state. This case is under investigation and open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On September 17th 2017, Officers took a phone report of a possible protection order violation in the 1800 BLK of S Pratt Parkway. Case unfounded as no protection order exists.

MISSING PERSON

On September 17, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to a runaway juvenile report in the 1200 block of Atwood Street. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 09/14/17 at 1518 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer responded to the 1500 block of Gifford Dr. reference a protection order violation. The case is open.

DUI

On 09/16/2017 at approximately 2230 hours in the area of 630 Peck Drive, officers heard the familiar, loud audible sound of a traffic accident. A black 1995 Honda Accord was located off the roadway to the south of Nelson road at Peck Drive. The 23 year old female driver smelled of alcohol and after an investigation, was arrested on DUI and child abuse as a 1 year old male was in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Case Cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On 091617, Officers took a report of a cold assault involving juvenile females in the 1100 block of Frontier St. The case is closed.

CHILD

On 091617, Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of 9th Ave reference a possible domestic incident. An adult female reportly scratched a juvenile male's wrists. The case is open.

ASSAULT

On September 17, 2017 Longmont Police responded to Longmont United Hospital on an assault. One adult female was contacted who advised an adult male assaulted her. Both parties were contacted and a report was taken.

SEX ASSAULT

On Sunday, September 17, 2017 at approximately 1400 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of S Coffman St, Longmont CO in response to a reported sex assault. No arrests made. Case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/17/17 at about 1930 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the area of 19th and Main Street, Longmont, Colorado for the report of a domestic disturbance. A warrant was issued for the suspect. Case Closed.
