Police Report: September 27, 2017

FRAUD On 9/27/17, a Longmont resident in the 1600 block of Sunset St., reported an incidence of identity theft. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information and jurisdictional issues.

FRAUD

On 9/27/17, a Longmont resident in the 1600 block of Sunset St., reported an incidence of identity theft. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information and jurisdictional issues.

HARASSMENT

On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at 2140 hours, Longmont Police investigated a false imprisonment and harassment in the 600 block of Peck Drive, Longmont. One adult male was arrested and the case was cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Wednesday September 27, 2017 at approximately 1051 hours, Officer's took a cold harassment report that was occurring at the 500 block of Martin St, in Longmont Colorado, Boulder County, Colorado. A report was taken. Case closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT 

On 9/27/2017, a Longmont man was issued for Cruelty to Animals reference an ongoing issue with his dog.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On September 27th 2017, Officers responded to the 800 block of Lashley on report of a criminal mischief in progress. Two juveniles are suspects and the case has been referred to LCJP.

MENACING

On 09/27/2017 Officers responded to the 2500 Block of Main St on a report of a disturbance. A male was seen flashing a firearm. Two adult males were issued a summons. Case is cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Wednesday, September27, 2017, at 2109 hours, Longmont Police investigated a 3rd degree assault in the 100 block of Judson Street, Longmont. One juvenile male was arrested and the case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

An elderly Longmont resident reported the theft of a credit card and cash from her wallet while dining at a restaurant in the 400 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. The credit card was later used for approximately $2,000.00 in unauthorized purchases in and around Longmont. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Tuesday September 27, 2017 at approximately 1354 hours, Officer's responded to the 200 blk of Collyer St in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for an outside agency assist. This case is closed.

TRESPASS

On 09/25/2017 at approximately 2030 hours Longmont PD received a call of a trespass in the 1800 block of Terry St. Longmont, CO. Investigation is still ongoing.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 27, 2017 at approximately 0017 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Wadsworth Circle on a physical disturbance. An adult male was arrested for 3rd Degree Assault/ Domestic Violence. Case Closed

AUTO THEFT

On 9/27/17, a Longmont resident in the 300 block of 21st Ave., reported the theft of his silver, 2002 Chevy Cavalier from the street at his residence. The case status is closed due to lack of viable suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On September 27, 2017 Longmont police responded to Centennial Park on a criminal mischief call. A few bathrooms were destroyed and vandalized. No suspect information was available and the case is closed.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at approximately 1201 hours Longmont Police investigated a possible fraud in the 500 block of S. Hover St. An unknown male attempted to obtain services from a business with false identification. The suspect male fled from the scene prior to law enforcement arrival.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported an unknown person stole his unlocked bike from the area of 3rd Avenue and Main Street. The bike was later located at the Longmont Public Library, 409 4th Avenue. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 09/27/2017, at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2100 block of Logan Lane reference a suicidal party. One female juvenile was transported to Longmont United Health after she intentionally mixed depression medication in an attempt to hurt herself. The female was transported and placed on a mental health hold. Case closed.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 09/27/2017, at approximately 1819 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd reference a disturbance. One juvenile male was contacted and transported to Longs Peak Hospital for a mental health hold after he had intentionally tried to hurt himself. Case closed.
