FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, September 3, 2017, at 0024 hours, Longmont Police investigated an attempted auto theft in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On September 3, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of 17th Ave and Hover St on a party making suicidal statements. The individual was unable to be located. This case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday (09-03-17) at approximately 1340 hours, officers received a report of a stolen motor vehicle that occurred in the 1200 block of Boston Ave.. Due to the lack of suspect information this case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On September 2nd 2017, Officers took a phone report of a possible restraining order violation. Case closed due to minimal evidence and no further leads.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 09/02/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 1600 block of Great Western Drive to the report of a suspicious incident. A report was taken and the case is open and has been referred up to detectives for follow up.

SEX ASSAULT

On Saturday, September 2, 2017 at approximately 2214 hours, Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 2300 block of Main Street in response to a harassment complaint. No arrests made. Case is open, pending further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 3, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1500 block of Main Street on a domestic violence-related incident. This case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, September 3, 2017, at 0024 hours, Longmont Police investigated a vehicular first degree criminal trespass in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.

PEDESTRIAN CONTACT

On Sunday September 3rd, 2017, at approximately 0030 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the area of 14th Ave. and Hover St. reference a first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle. Officers contacted four juvenile males, one adult male, and one juvenile female who were found not to be involved in the first degree criminal trespass. One juvenile male was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The case is cleared by arrest.

LOITERING

On 09/03/17, at approximatley 2:15 a.m., Officers issued a summons to a male urinating in the west alley, beside a business in the 400 block of Main Street.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, 09/03/17 at about 0720 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 800 blk of Delaware Ave, Longmont, Colorado for the report of a vehicle trespass. Some items were taken from an unlocked vehicle. There are no suspects at this time. Case closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont woman was bitten by her own cat in the 1100 block of Princeton Drive. The cat was placed on quarantine at home.

THEFT

On Sunday, 09/03/17 Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 Blk of Sierra Ave. for the report of a stolen bike. The bike was later located and returned to the owner. No suspect information at this time. Case closed.

FRAUD

On Sunday, September 3, 2017 at about 1335 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Trout Pl on a report of fraud. Upon arrival Officers found an adult male is a victim of identity theft. Case open.

CURFEW/JUVI PROBLEM

On September 3, 2017 Longmont Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Longs Peak Avenue on report of an intoxicated juvenile female. The female was transported by ambulance to the hospital and referred to the Longmont Community Justice Partnership. This case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, September 3, 2017 Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1400 Block of Baker St., in the City of Longmont, on report of a disturbance. This case is cleared exceptionally, victim would not pursue charges.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 09/03/17 at 2000 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer took a report by phone reference an FDC at the 1600 block of Adkinson Ave. The case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On September 3, 2017 Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd in reference to an assist. A 29 year old female was arrested for a Violation of a Protection Order. Case cleared by Arrest.

On 09/03/17 at 1934 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer responded to the 1600 block of Adkinson Ave reference and FDC report. The case is closed.
