BURGLARY On Monday, September 4th, 2017, Longmont Officers responded to the 2300 block of Main on a disturbance. One adult male was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Monday, September 4th, 2017, Longmont Officers responded to the 2300 block of Main on a disturbance. One adult male was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, September 4, 2017 a female reported being assaulted by her boyfriend in Longmont. This case will remain open as there is further investigation to be conducted.

SHOPLIFT

On 09/02/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 2500 block of Main St. to the report of a possible theft. An adult male was contacted and issued a summons for theft. Report taken and case cleared by arrest-summons issued.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, September 3, 2017, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Hover Street, Longmont CO in response to a domestic in progress. One adult was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.

CIVILĀ 

On 090317 the Longmont Police Department responded to a child custody dispute in the 1000 block of Gay St. A 23 year old female wanted to take custody of her 2 year old son from his 27 year old father. The child was not in danger and the female was advised she had to wait for her custody time per the court order. This report was taken at the request of the involved parties. Case closed.

TRESPASS

On Sunday, September 3, 2017 at approximately 2300 hours, Longmont Police Department was dispatched to the 900 block of Kane Drive in response to a trespass. No suspects identified. Case closed.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

The Longmont Police Department investiaged a First Degree Criminal Trespass in the 1800 block Duchess Dr. Case is closed.

The Longmont Police Department investigated a First Degree Criminal Trespass in the 1800 block Yeager Dr. Case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, 09/04/17 Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to 4500 Blk of Redmond Drive, Longmont, CO for the report of a domestic incident. During the investigation, it was learned the subject had a felony warrant out of the Colorado Department of Corrections. The subject was later arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

FRAUD

On Monday, 09/04/17, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2500 Blk. of Main St. The case is closed as suspect is unknown.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 09/04/17 at approximately 1620 hours officers observed a stop sign violation at the intersection of S Coffman St and Pike Rd. The vehicle failed to yield when signaled by officers. The vehicle was later found unoccupied near the intersection of 6th Ave and Vivian St. The vehicle was confirmed as stolen. The case is currently open.

DUI

On Monday 090417 at approximately 1621 hours, the Longmont Police Department stopped a reported suspected drunk driver from the area of S. Hover St. and Clover Basin Dr. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 09/04/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 2400 block of 9th Ave. to the report of a possible dumpster fire. A report was taken and the case is closed with no suspect leads.
