Hit and Run Accident Longmont Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Lashley Street on a report of a hit and run accident. Upon arrival, Officers found a vehicle ran into a building and later returned.

Hit and Run Accident

Longmont Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Lashley Street on a report of a hit and run accident. Upon arrival, Officers found a vehicle ran into a building and later returned. The adult male driver was arrested for DUI and other traffic violations. Case closed.

Auto Theft

A Longmont resident in the 1100 block of E. 17th Avenue reported an attempted theft of his vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Theft

Longmont Police took a phone call of a theft from the 1900 block of Longs Peak Ave. There are no known suspects, the case will be closed.

Fraud

An information report was taken in the 600 block of Main St. The case has been referred to Adult Protection.

Longmont Police responded to 2000 block of Main St on an adult male who used a counterfeit bill. Through the investigation it was determined that the bill was accidentally given to him. The case is closed.

Domestic Incident

At approximately 13:30pm, Longmont Police officers were dispatched to contact a reporting party about a possible assault. Case remains open.

Longmont Police took a call of a juvenile female saying that her father was going to hurt her mom and her friends. After an investigation it was determined that this was not the case. A report for informational purposes was written, case is closed.

DUI

At about 5:09pm near the intersection of 19th Ave and Gay St, a 50 year old female struck three cars then fled the scene. She was contacted a little while later and found to be under the influence and arrested. She was later transported to the Boulder County Jail where she was held on no bond. Case cleared by arrest.

Trespassing

Longmont Police responded to the 1800 block of Logan St. to the report of a cold first degree criminal trespass to an unlocked motor vehicle. The case is closed as there are no workable leads.

Animal Complaint

A Longmont woman was bitten by her cat, while trimming his nails, in the 700 block of Parklane Avenue. The cat was placed on home quarantine

Protection Order

At approximately 12:30pm, officers received information regarding a possible protection order violation that occurred in the 1200 block of S. Hover St. This case is under investigation.

Drug Violation

Police conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation on the 1800 block of Main St. The male driver was arrested on an active warrant and possession of Meth. He was transported to jail.

Warrant Arrest

The Longmont Police Department contacted a vehicle in the 2200 block of Sunrise Drive. A juvenile male occupant was found to have two warrants for his arrest. This case is cleared by arrest.
