ROTARY CLUB OF LONGMONT TWIN PEAKS

A Roasted Green Chiles Festival sponsored by Twin Peaks Rotary and Left Hand Brewery, 1265 Boston Ave., will be from noon to 5 p.m. September 9 at Left Hand Brewing Beer Garden, 1265 Boston Ave.
The public is invited to order online in advance, roasted chilies and other food items. Orders must be received by September 6th for pick up during the festival. For price information and to order please visit www.twinpeaksrotary.org. From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on September 9th, purchases can be picked up in the handicap parking lot east of the Beer Garden, on the south side of Boston Ave. A complimentary beer coupon for Left Hand Brewing will be available with any $25 advance purchase.
The Roasted Green Chiles Festival will feature music, green chiles beer brewed just for the occasion and green chiles cheeseburgers from the Left Hand Food Truck. Kory Hanson of Mead Mercantile is the roaster and will be roasting chiles for sale throughout the festival.
Empanadas, frozen tamales and frozen green chiles will also be for sale during the afternoon but cannot be consumed inside the Left Hand Brewery Beer Garden.
