The northern section of the Wapiti Trail officially reopened today, Boulder County Parks and Open Space said in a news release.
The northern section of the trail, which is the part that reopened, is roughly 1.2 miles long. Hikers can access the trail from the Picture Rock Trailhead. The southern access point will remain closed through spring of 2022.
