Virtual event: Tell us what stories you want to read

On Monday, December 14th at 6 pm. we’re hosting a free, virtual event to hear from readers about how we’re doing, what you’d like to read more (or less) from us, and offer a chance to pitch us your story ideas!

What a year it’s almost been.

With the new year approaching and The Longmont Leader celebrating a successful first six months in business, we thought it was a good time to hear from you.

It’s been a few months since we’ve gathered our community of readers together around an important topic, so why not make that important topic our readers.

On Monday, December 14th at 6 pm. we’re hosting a free, virtual event to hear from readers about how we’re doing, what you’d like to read more (or less) from us, and offer a chance to pitch us your story ideas!

Click here to register for this event, which will take place on Zoom. We also hope to livestream this event on Facebook.

We know it’s been a tough year for a lot of our community members, and we want to know what’s on your mind and how we can continue to tell the important stories about the people of Longmont.

We’ll also take a few minutes to introduce you to our reporting team so you can put some faces and voices to our bylines.

If you have any questions, email Macie May, Editor, at [email protected].

Again here is the link to register for this event.

PS: We are in the midst of a campaign to add 100 new contributors by the end of the year. If you haven’t had a chance to make a contribution, please consider making one today. Click here!
