Volunteers are needed at Button Rock Preserve this Sunday for some restoration work due to ever-increasing visitation.
The trail is short, but steep. Volunteers will drive up to the reservoir, and from there carpool in to the base of the dam. Please be prepared to dig, scrape, and move rocks.
Work will be done from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. along the Hummingbird Switchback Trail building steps, working on the switchbacks and closing up social trails.
Volunteers have to be aged 12 and up and no experience is required.
