Left Hand Giving Circle accepting applications for organizations that teach financial security

LEFT HAND GIVING CIRCLE

Left Hand Giving Circle is seeking applications that fit with our theme of economic opportunity/self-sufficiency.  We're seeking requests from organizations that provide clients with education, mentorship, or skills to be more financially secure. 

Grants: Up to $7,500 in grants will be made. In the past, Left Hand Giving Circle has made grants of $5,000 and $2,500 but may change based on applications.

All qualified organizations are welcome to apply, but Left Hand Giving Circle tends to focus on small to medium size nonprofits where they feel they can have the greatest impact

Applications must include:

• 2-4 minute video that tells us about your organization and what you do, and also includes an impactful story about a client. Details on sending the video are included in the online application.
• Completed online application

Tip: make it easy for us. Tell us how you meet the criteria for the grant, an numbers to back it up are good. Some specificity of how you're going to use the money is helpful. 

Timeline: Deadline for applications is 11:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2020; Decisions will be made late October 2020.
