Registration now open for Open Space Agriculture Tour

BOULDER COUNTY PARKS AND OPEN SPACE

Registration is now open for the Boulder County Parks & Open Space Agriculture Tour on Saturday, Sept. 9, 8:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. 

The tour will include stops at three agricultural properties which represent grazing operations, organic vegetables, and commodity crops. Participants will see a spectrum of agricultural production systems, issues, challenges, and opportunities on Boulder County open space lands.

The tour will start and end at the Boulder County Fairgrounds south parking lot in Longmont and travel in an air-conditioned bus with restrooms and a PA system. The tour is free, but registration is required. Space is limited. Walk-ups will not be accepted.
