BOULDER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Town Hall meeting Thursday, July 8, 5:30 – 7 p.m. on Zoom.  

Join the Board of Boulder County Commissioners to discuss higher recreational visitation to public lands in the high country. We’ll discuss programs and activities that are being hosted by area partners and the county. The Board of County Commissioners will be joined by Jeff Moline, interim co-director of Boulder County Parks and Open Space, as well as other outdoor experts. After that, questions will be taken from residents (sent in via email and live via the Q&A function). 

WHAT: Board of County Commissioners Town Hall 

WHEN: Thursday, July 8, 5:30 – 7 p.m. 

WHERE: https://boco.org/BOCC Town Hall 

HOW: Interested constituents can submit questions or comments in advance to commissioners@bouldercounty.org with “Town Hall Question” in the subject line up until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7. In addition, time will be allotted for poll questions from the Board, as well as live questions from attendees. 

The Board cannot comment on any matters that will come up in a land use hearing. Multi-part questions and issues of more complex natures may not be best suited for the Town Hall given the limited time and desire for the Commissioners to answer as many questions as possible. Issues regarding matters of public health will also not be addressed at this meeting, as the Board of County Commissioners does not oversee Boulder County Public Health.
