                   Members of the public may address the

                   Commissioners on any county issue not currently

                   being addressed in a separate public process.

                   Comments are limited to 3 minutes per individual 

                   speaker and up to 10 minutes per group 

                   (one speaker and up to three pooled-time attendees 

                   comprising a group) to allow all residents time to 

                   voice their concerns. Speakers may sign up in 

                   person beginning 30 minutes before the public 

                   comment session starts.

1.   Housing and Human Services Department:

      Task Order 2018-04A to Master Contract with the Mental

      Health Center of Boulder County dba Mental Health

      Partners, for withdrawal management services ($222,130).

      ACTION REQUESTED:  Approval / Signature

2.   Sheriff’s Office:

      a.  Contract renewal No. 3 with Behavioral Treatment

           Services for work at the Jail, with amendment No. 3

           for a new not-to-exceed amount ($156,575);

      b.  Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant award

           from the U.S. Depart-ment of Justice for training and

           education ($51,175 federal + $4,510 County match +

           $621 City of Longmont match for a total of $56,306).

3.   County Attorney’s Office:  Land Use Resolutions

      a.  2018-42, conditionally approving Docket LU-17-0010

           (Fourmile Canyon Creek Trail Underpass);

      c.  2018-74, conditionally approving Docket SU-18-0002

           (McRawhide LLC).
