                 Parks and Open Space Department:

                 Dougherty-Litzenberger-Lot C Acquisition; The county

                 is proposing to purchase 3.1 acres in fee that is one

                 of the house lots that the Dougherty-Litzenberger

                 family retained in the original open space acquisition

                 and no longer desires to keep.

                 ACTION REQUESTED:  Decision
