BDue to popular demand and positive feedback after the first session, Bicycle Colorado, Cyclists 4 Community, and Boulder County Transportation is holding another FREE class for interested cyclists and drivers of all ages and abilities that is aimed at informing both groups how they can safely coexist on the roadway.

     When: Tuesday, March 5 from 6 - 7:30 p.m.
     Where: City of Boulder New Britain Building – 
                  First Floor Conference Room
                  1101 Arapahoe Ave., Boulder

A Bicycle Colorado representative will help attendees learn about:

  • Common causes of bike/motor vehicle crashes and how to avoid them;
  • Laws and responsibilities for both travelers
  • How to navigate on-street bicycle infrastructure; and,
  • Why sharing the road is the safest option for everyone.

All participants receive official Bicycle-Friendly Driver certification from Bicycle Colorado. 
The FREE class is being provided thanks to a grant awarded to Boulder County through the Regional Air Quality Council and financial assistance from Cyclists 4 Community. Learn more about the class and Bicycle Colorado on their website.
