Help families work their way out of poverty -- Become a Circles Ally

The Boulder County Circles campaign is seeking volunteers.

"Circles is a proven program that helps end poverty -- one family at a time -- by focusing on doing things “with” not “for” those in need. Circles volunteers (called Allies) work directly with the head of a family to help them develop the skills necessary to move out of poverty permanently," states a Boulder County press release.

Circles is offering an Ally Training Session on Saturday, August 18 for interested parties. The training is scheduled from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Boulder County Health Auditorium, Health Admin. building, 3450 N. Broadway, Boulder.

To learn more or to register contact Marnita Rodriguez at 303-441-1503, or circlesinfo@bouldercounty.org.
