Celebrating SVVSD graduates

Seniors of 2023 walked the stage throughout the school district.

The class of 2023 in the St. Vrain Valley School District was represented by roughly 2,000 students who walked the stage on Saturday.

Together seniors saved roughly $8.6 million in tuition savings by earning 34,000 college credits.

SVVSD requires 24.5 credits to graduate, making it one of the more rigorous high school programs in the state of Colorado. Although the credit requirement is higher, students across the district stepped up:

  • 481 graduates held a 4.0+ GPA
  • 155 students graduated with a Seal of Biliteracy

High schools across the district offer opportunities for students to earn an associate's degree — most of the time before the students graduate high school. Of the 71 P-TECH graduates enrolled in the program, 44 earn their degree in just four years. The remainder will finish within another year.

This graduating class also held 43 Pathways to Teaching, or P-TEACH, students, who will continue on to become teachers.

Congratulations to the St. Vrain Valley School District class of 2023. We all wish you the best of luck in the future.
