St. Vrain hires special education assistant director

Meredith Pogonyi has been hired as the assistant director of special education for the St. Vrain Valley School District.

The school board unanimously approved the appointment at Wednesday’s school board meeting.

Pogonyi served as an assistant director of student support services from 2012 to 2014 in Adams 12 School District, becoming a specialized services coordinator through 2018. She has spent the last four years as the early childhood special education coordinator in Adams 12.
