February 16, 1969 - March 13, 2021

Brian “Big B” Lujan was born in Las Vegas, NM February 16th, 1969 to Ernest Lujan and Angela Medina. He moved to Denver, Colorado with his mom and baby sister Pamela Lujan (married to Bernard Rocha of Denver).

His mother remarried, after his fathers passing, to Ronald Pfannenstiel of Denver. He grew up very close and fond of his parents. He attended Ranum High school and graduated in 1987. He worked with cars because that was always a true passion of his. He had 3 daughters, 2 estranged and Ashley Lujan. He worked to be able to give his baby girl the best life. They traveled to many places, riding atvs, camping, laughing and becoming the best of friends. In 2009, Brian faced a hard medical battle and was given no more than 3 years to live.

12 years of being a medical miracle, undergoing 20+ surgeries and many other tests, but he continued to fight and remain optimistic. He lived everyday to the absolute fullest and touched so many hearts. He was genuine and loved so many people. He was able to come home to his parents home in Johnstown, CO where his sister, Pam took care of him day and night. She gave him the upmost respect, care and dignity he could’ve ever asked for. He watched his daughter marry her husband, Edgar Farias. Whom he loved and knew would take care of his baby girl.

He passed very peacefully on March 12th, after a week on Hospice. He was surrounded by his family and is now at home with the Lord. A private service will be held for family and friends, as he did not want a large service. A bike ride will be arranged with his dear biker friends. His family thanks you for all the condolences and memories you’ve shared during this very difficult time.
