Sharon Kay Robertson (Scheer) Peacefully passed away in the comfort of her home, with loved ones present on May 17, 2024, in Loveland Colorado at the age of 86. She was born August 13, 1937, in Fremont Nebraska. Sharon was a beloved mother to Michael James (Quina) and Katie Salyards, and a cherished grandmother to Keri and Steven Campbell, Sean Patrick, Samuel, Emily, Lisette and Thomas James and great grandson Dylen Campbell . Sharon was the eldest of 4. Her parents Elmer and Mabel Scheer raised 3 other daughters, all who were raised to love The Lord, Diane Eidam (Don), Connie Moeller (Moe) and Cindy Tegt (Dave). She was preceded in death by her first husband, Boyd James, 2nd husband Ian Robertson, daughter Mary Campbell (Larry), and grandson James Patrick.

In the early years back in Fremont, Sharon was a stay-at-home mom who shared her passion for music by teaching accordion and guitar from her home music studio. After the death of her first husband, she moved to Loveland where she again taught guitar, and later served as the Activity Director at Good Samaritan Retirement Village. It was in Loveland that she met Ian Robertson at All Saints Episcopal Church where they shared a tradition “Washing of Feet” (John 13:12) She was a dedicated member where she Worshiped Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, served as a choir member and in other capacities. Sharon also served as a docent at Loveland Museum where she would minister to homeless street people. She loved the outdoors and for many years, Sharon and Ian shared that love together, visiting their children and traveling to places most of us only dream of. She will be missed by many.
