Dale Edwin Easter was born July 27, 1935 and passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021, leaving behind his wife of 60 years, Pauline (Polly) Johnson Easter. He was preceded by his mother Ruth, father Clark, sister Katherine and brother-in-law Allan Johnson.
Dale was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and graduated from Manual High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Denver; a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado; and studied at Columbia University in New York.
During his lifetime, Dale taught at the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, Wisconsin State University and Columbia University.
Dale was a loyal Denver sports fan, especially the Nuggets. When he wasn't watching a sporting event, he was an avid reader. He had a beautiful singing voice, but shared it only with his family. He loved to entertain with show tunes, forgetting the lyrics, he would just make them up as he went along.
Dale is survived by his wife Polly Easter, in-laws Joy (Dominick) Vitale, Barney (Diane) Johnson, Donna Johnson and multiple nieces, nephews and friends.
