MAY 25, 1947 – NOVEMBER 16, 2020
David E. Stills, 73, of Fort Collins, Colorado, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 from the lymphoma he had been battling for the last 10 years. Dave was born May 25, 1947, in Denver to Clarence and Mary (Reichert) Stills. He married Shara Dietz on August 24, 1968.
Dave and Shara shared 52 wonderful years. Together they raised two children, and enjoyed becoming grandparents to six beautiful grandchildren.
Dave graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business and Marketing. He worked many years in sales of law and accounting information.
Dave was a man of many interests and talents. He enjoyed being outdoors, golfing, camping, and traveling. He and Shara traveled throughout the United States together, and were able to visit most of the states. His faith was very important to him, and he volunteered and worked at Timberline Church where he was an active member. Dave was very well loved; he was kind, and never met a stranger. He was quick witted, and was known for his great sense of humor.
Dave is survived by his wife, Shara Stills; children, Jered (Hope) Stills; and Jelisa (Nick) Luiña; grandchildren, Graecen, Josey, Savannah, Lucia, Nicholas, and Mariella; and one sister, Jean (Don) Ives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Nancy.
