Diana Marie Schmidt passed away on September 12, 2022 in Loveland, Co at the age of 61 from complications from diabetes. Diana was a beloved wife, daughter, sister and friend.
Diana was born on August 23, 1960 at PVH in Fort Collins, Colorado. Lived in Wellington Co. where she graduated from Poudre High school and attended Jr. Collage in Greeley Co and ROTC in Greeley. She worked many years as an assembler and material handler and had to quit due to health issues.
She enjoyed and loved the outdoors family and friends, she loved woodworking, needle point and being creative in doing anything she would do, if she didn’t know how to do something she would figure a way to do it. She loved and cared for all of God’s creatures. There wasn’t a thing she wouldn’t do to help or make someone happy. She always had a smile when she would greet you, you knew you were loved, if you were a friend you were family.
Diana is survived by her husband Kenneth Schmidt; mother Shannon Jones, Brother Doyle Wife Marcie Jones, Sister Mary Jones, Brother Jimmy Jones, sister-in-law Valera Husband Donald Brehm, Brother in-law Alvin Wife Shirley Schmidt.
She is also survived by lots of nephews and nieces, and great nephews and nieces, family,
She is preceded in death by her father Cecil Jones and countless family members and friends.
Service will be held at Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home at 1102 N. Lincoln Ave in Loveland Co. Monday 19, 2022 at 10am.
Celebration of life will be held immediately after service at First Congregational Church 800 N. Lincoln Ave. in Loveland across from the downtown Safeway.
