Diane Dorothea Mamak passed away on December 2, 2021. Diane was born in Loveland, Colorado on February 25th, 1966 to Nathan Finkbeiner and Marjee Harms-Finkbeiner. Diane graduated from Thompson Valley High School in 1984, then attended Highland Hills Beauty Academy in Greeley, graduating in 1985 with a cosmetology license. She would go on to have an enjoyable career spanning 35 years doing hair and nails. During these years, she made countless, lifelong friends and brightened every client’s day. Her clients were her life.
She married Joseph Andrew (Andy) Mamak in 1988 and they welcomed son Vincent (Vinny) in 1999. She found great joy in her family and in being “Nana” to her grandson, Kasey.
Diane especially loved fishing, playing golf, and cheering for the Denver Broncos every Sunday! One of her favorite activities was going up to Estes Park in her big red Dodge truck to listen to the elk bugle every season. She also dearly loved her cats.
She is survived by husband Andy, son Vinny (Olivia) Mamak, grandson Kasey Mamak, and sister Debbie (Mike) Loukonen, niece Jami Loukonen-Follett, and nephew Bradley Loukonen. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Marjee Finkbeiner, and her brother, David Finkbeiner.
A memorial service will be held on December 10th at Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home at 10 am. 1102 North Lincoln Avenue Loveland, Colorado 80537
