Ellen Louise Oppie, born August 17, 1938 passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022 in her Laramie, WY home.
Ellen loved to camp and fish in her early years. She enjoyed sewing, making quilts, and all other kinds of crafts. Ellen was the oldest of six children and was proceeded in death by her parents, Leo and Lola Oppie; brothers, Larry, Jim, and Leo Oppie Jr; and great-grandson, Gage. Ellen is survived by her brother, Dan Oppie of Cottonwood, AZ; sister, Peggy Oppie of Globe, AZ; her seven children, Debra (John) of Fort Collins, CO, Robert of Grand Junction, CO, Cheryl (Keith) of Fort Collins, CO, Carol of Fort Collins, CO, Penny (Pete) of Laramie, WY, David (Penny) of Loveland, CO, Derrick (Hilary) of Castle Rock, CO; and 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Mom, you will be greatly missed!
