April 18, 1984 ~ December 24, 2021 (age 37)
Beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend went to be with his grandma (Evelyn Tjarks), cousin (Timothy Tjarks), and Uncle (Terry Tjarks) on December 24, 2021, in Denver, Colorado. Eric was born in Boulder, Colorado to Terry and Patricia Palmer; he joined a loving sister Melissa, April 18, 1984. He would later be joined by a loving stepfather, Matthew and stepmother, Cris. He attended school is Louisville, Colorado graduating from Centaurus High School.
His love of cooking led to a career as a chef and making delicious meals for family and friends. Eric loved all things outdoors, including backpacking, hiking, and camping. He was adventurous and enjoyed trying new things. Eric had a wonderful sense of humor that everyone enjoyed.
We lost a bright light on Earth to dance in the sky. Eric is survived by his mother Patricia (Matthew) Demple, father Terry (Cris) Palmer, sister Melissa (Chad) Burch, Uncle Larry Tjarks, nephew Harrison, niece Grayson, numerous cousins, Cora Masson, and his ride or die buddy Little D.
Services will be held Thursday, January 6 1:00 PM at Carroll-Lewellen in Longmont. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity in Eric’s name.
