Evan Louis Wroblewski, age 33, passed away Wednesday, November 24 2021 at Longmont United Hospital from complications of liver failure.
Evan was born June 6, 1988 in Santa Clara, California. He attended Boulder Valley Schools and spent a year at University of Colorado, Boulder. He worked as an IT professional for several years after holding retail associate positions. Evan was married to Emily Curran. They resided in old town Lafayette. They divorced in 2018. They had no children but both deeply loved their two cats Tiga and Tootsie.
Evan enjoyed mountain biking, hiking, electric bass guitar and playing defenseman on the Fairview High School hockey club where he chose his number in tribute to NHL legend Ray Bourque. He also enjoyed reviewing music and movies, and went out of his family fantasy football league in the #1 spot.
Evan is succeeded by his mother and father Sondra and Mark Wroblewski of Lafayette, Colorado, his sisters Alana Wroblewski, Nina Wroblewski and her husband Ryan Bruemmer , and Mara Wroblewski all of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Bernice and Harry Gordon of Los Angeles, his paternal grandfather Henry Wroblewski of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, his uncle Mitchell Gordon of Phoenix, Arizona, and his brother Kyle Wroblewski of Lafayette.
A family viewing was held Monday, November 29 at Carroll-Lewellen Mortuary in Longmont Colorado, whom are handling cremation services. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
