It is with great sadness that the family of Helen A Sanchez 89 has passed away on september16, 2023 from a long fight with cancer.
Even though Cancer took her, she was a wonderful Mother who was there when we needed her. She also had many friends and was-well loved. She was Born in Johnstown Colorado and lived in Loveland her entire life. She opened her first bar in 1966 with her mom Felipe Trinidad then in 1970 there first night Club, and from there on been doing it for the last 55 years she kept the Mexican heritage music alive for the people in Colorado. That was her dream, her Legacy she wanted to leave behind till she retired in 2015.
She also worked at Cloverleaf dog track in 1975 to 88 and she also worked at Hewlett Packard from 83 to 2000. She was a legend in her time. She was predeceased by Carol Zugarramurdi, Ramona Lopez, and is survived by her brothers Jesse Trinidad, Felix Trinidad, Paul Trinidad. and her Sister Ruby Rios, Her husband Alex Sanchez Her kids Roderick Jaramillo, Christine Sanchez, Louis Ashland, Debbie Ashland and her 6 grandkids and 8 great grandkids, she was very loved and will be missed terribly.
If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend the memorial service we are holding in her honor at Kibbey-Fishburn on September 27th viewing is from 4 to 6 and Rosary will follow at 7 to 8. Her Mass will be held at St John Catholic Church September 28th at 10 am
