Jacob Austin Johnstone, 28, passed away November 8, 2020 in Fort Collins Colorado.
Jake was born on September 23, 1992 in Rome, Georgia. Jake left us suddenly and all too soon. He loved his family and friends passionately. His smile and laughter lit up every room. Jake loved camping, being outdoors, and most of all his dogs.
Jake left a stadium of family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Megan Johnstone, his mother Patricia Johnstone, his father, Robert Johnstone, and step mother, Jennifer Johnstone, his sisters Lisa Worsham(Regi Worsham) and Jessica Johnstone, and his brother, Michael Amos, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is a shining light in all of our lives, that will never be dimmed. He will be forever missed by all who loved and knew him. He is always on our minds, forever in our hearts. We love you Jacob Austin Johnstone.
