Janet Marie Nathlich was born on May 6th, 1936, in Denver, Colorado. She sadly passed away on April 11, 2023, at the Tru Hospice Center in Longmont, CO. Janet was raised by her mother Betty Barrett.
Janet married Robert Nathlich on November 28th, 1952. They were married for over 60 years before Bob’s passing in 2015. Jan and Bob had three children: Cheryl, Teri and Scott. Jan spent most of her working career as a bookkeeper. She worked at Tebo Development for several years before she retired.
Before Bob’s passing, they loved to travel and go on road trips. They frequently visited Laughlin, NV. She also loved to go to Blackhawk, CO with her best friend Betty Campbell. She always said Betty was like a sister to her. Jan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Jan always loved the holidays and making them special for her family. Her family will miss those times we had with her.
Jan is survived by her son Scott Nathlich (Kathy) of Thornton, CO, two daughters: Cheryl Korstvedt (Marc) of Ashburn, VA and Teri Bell (Morris) of Aurora, CO. Her grandson Brandon Nathlich (Amy) of Thornton, CO, her granddaughter Meghan Edwards (Bill) of Leesburg, VA. Janet leaves behind 4 great grandchildren: Breckin and Braxton Nathlich, and Cole and Abigail Edwards.
