November 7, 1959 — December 11, 2023

Bobby Darrold Jaques was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on November 07, 1959 and departed this earth on December 11, 2023 he was just 64 years young, Bobby is proceeded in death by both parents Darrold and Patricia. Bobby is survived by his wife Linda, and his brother Mike and wife Brandy and lots of nephews, nieces, and loving in laws.

Bobby graduated high school from Aurora Central, where he met Linda Novak, they dated throughout their high school year. After graduating high school in 1979, bobby went to work for the City of Aurora Water Department, after years of working hard and saving money, bobby bought him a trailer house. Shortly afterwards in 1984 Bobby and Linda were married and living as husband and wife in Aurora, Colo. Bobby continued to work for the city for the next 36 years until he finally retired in 2016. After retiring Bobby wanted to work some more so he went to work for Sams Club for an additional 6 years until he started to have issues with his foot, and finally chose to stay home.

You all might know how much Bobby loved his recycling and coin collecting and of course his USC Trojans, the Green Bay Packers, and the Colorado Avalanche.

Bobby was always willing to help anyone in need, whether it was a family member, co-worker, or a stranger on the street, he always said, they are not strangers they are new friends that I haven’t met yet.

Bobby liked to jump into his truck with Linda and go where the road took them, just as long as they were together. Bobby also liked to give Linda’s mom a hard time whenever he had the chance. Bobby will not be with us physically, but he will stay alive in all of us and one day we will all be together in the end. Please keep this in mind!!!  It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later.
