A Funeral Service will be held on September 16, 2021 at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Loveland, Colorado at 10:30AM. Rev. Steve Adams will officiate. Visitation begins at 9:30 AM, prior to the Service. Fellowship & a Celebration of Life will follow the Service. A private inurnment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Saint Cloud, Minnesota at a later date.
Jared was born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, the only child of Russell & Beth Leabch. Jared was a great student & enjoyed participating on debate teams. He enthusiastically played youth & adult team sports & was co-captain of the Santa Fe High (Santa Fe, New Mexico) football team. He attended Colorado University, Boulder, graduated Bachelor of Science Administration in 2002.
He worked as a commercial real estate broker at Newmark, where he was a valued broker in the Northwest Submarket. Jared was consistently recognized for outstanding production by the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Associates of Realtors. He was viewed by his peers as a knowledgeable expert that went the extra mile for his clients.
He was an all-around sports fan, but it can’t go without saying that Jared was the biggest Minnesota Vikings Football fan ever, attending many games when he was growing up & drafting family & friends over the years to cheer on the Vikes-SKOL.
Jared was deeply committed to his family, especially the loves of his life- his children Garrett Michael, Lucas James & Josephine (Josie) Mae. He always said that his dad was his hero and that his mom was the best mom ever. His family & friends will never forget his loving spirit or that twinkle in his eyes when he smiled. And all of those bountiful hugs & encouraging words. He will live on in our hearts & be truly missed by all that knew him.
