Joanne Marie Emerson passed away peacefully on May 27, 2022. She was born in Pueblo,Co September 1953. She was loved by many. Survived by her daughters Melanie (Pete) Roff, Leanna Baca. Granddaughters Lorena Padilla, Elisia Padilla & Natalie Neely. Grandson’s Nathaniel Neely and Andrew Carmona. Special Nephew Matt Baca & family. Brothers John Baca, David Baca, & George Baca Jr.
Joanne enjoyed bicycling, gardening, hiking, warm fires, and keeping us all entertained with her witty humor!
She worked for the State Hospital for about 20 years. Then she retired in the foothills of northern Colorado, a place she truly loved to be.
Proceeded in death by her parents George & Cordelia Baca, brothers Ronnie and Victor Baca, Grandson Daniel Elijah Huerena, and many Aunts and Uncles.
