John loved hunting, fishing, horses, wood working, wood burning, and Coors beer! He spent many weekends snowmobiling on Casper Mountain, Meadowlark Lodge, and in Saratoga with his family and friends. He always enjoyed having family visit from out of state during the summer months.
John moved to Loveland, CO in 1986 (after he lost his wife Evelyn) to be close to his sons and grandchildren. He had lived in Loveland for 34 years and worked at Teledyne and Hach before retiring. He had been in Good Samaritan for the last 5 years and the caretakers that took care of him loved their cowboy! He loved watching his old western movies!
