OCTOBER 15, 1947 – AUGUST 16, 2021
Joyce Ann Chaffin passed away into God’s graces on August 16, 2021, surrounded by people who loved her in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is survived by her spouse, Andrew Chaffin and three children, five grandchildren, three step (bonus) children and two step (bonus) grandchildren.
Growing up in Southern California, Joyce went on to marry, teach, travel the world, raise 3 children and transform her lifelong love of books into a career and retired as high school head librarian in 2014. She remarried in 2001 after reuniting with her high school sweetheart. She is remembered for her sharp mind, thoughtful conversation and a love of camping and travel.
A Memorial Service will be held at The Crossing Church on August 28, 2021 at 3 pm. Location: The Crossing Church, 3601 S Shields St., Fort Collins, CO 80526
