January 26, 1968 ~ January 11, 2021 (age 52)
Julie Ann Blick passed away on January 11, 2021 in the presence of her husband and three children. In only Julie’s fashion she opened her eyes one last time to express her love for her family. Although cancer cut her life short here on earth, Julie won the fight by always living peacefully, gracefully, and humbly through the very last days, regardless of her suffering. Although we will miss her smile, bubbly personality, and compassion, our memories of her will live on forever. We lost a special person and role model who loved all people, especially the infants and toddlers of her preschool who she referred to as her “Little Friends.” Julie devoted her life to children, directing numerous Head Starts, commercial preschools, and running her own preschool.
Julie was born on January 26, 1968 in Aurora, CO and is survived by her husband, Brian Blick; Children Kayla, Kierstin, and Brayden; her parents Robert and Sandra Meredith; and brother, Darrell Meredith (Rhonda); niece, Carson, and nephew, Kyle.
A private family mass of Christian burial will be celebrated and will be streamed on Monday, January 18, 2021. A Celebration of Life “Julie Style” will be held at a later date. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
