1984 - 2023
Juston was born and raised in northern Colorado. As a true Colorado native, he had a great love for all the outdoors provided. He was often found outside, fishing, camping, and cooking out. For those that knew him, he was an amazing cook. Not only was Juston an outdoor man, but he was also a sports fan. He loved all sports, and some might say he had a favorite, and the Broncos were not it. Go Bills! Juston was also an amazing green thumb. He knew how to care for all the plants and took kind care in making sure those plants thrived.
Juston was known to many, he was a father, a son, a brother, a husband, and a good friend. His loss will be tough for his loved ones. We all know that he is now up with his grandpa, Dennis, fishing and having a good time.
Juston’s surviving family are many. His wife, Shaina Reffel, son Xavier Reffel, and stepchildren Jhan, Jacob, and Jennifer Smith. His mother, Tracy Reffel residing in Gilcrest, father Donald Reffel Jr in Wyoming, and sister Nicole Seim. Grandparents, Glenda Horsman, and Donald & Peggy Reffel. Aunts and Uncles, Paul & Kathy Horsman, Tammy (Dennis) McMillan. Cousins Lissa (Chris) Gettman, Laura Horsman, Lindsey Horsman, and Amanda Bolink. Nephew’s Bradin seim, Brycen Seim, and niece Madison.
