DECEMBER 14, 1947 – AUGUST 21, 2021

Katherine Anne Ehrlich (Snyder) entered the gates to Heaven on August 21, 2021 after years of COPD and a short bout with Covid.

She was born December 14, 1947 to David Snyder and Barbara Reed. She grew up around Greeley and Johnstown, graduating from Greeley Central High School.

On December 30, 1966 she married Theodore R. Ehrlich in Windsor, who survives her. From this union came three children, Brenda Kaye (Scott) Burke, Bradley Kurtis (Janette) Ehrlich and Bretten Kristofer Ehrlich. She had three grandchildren, Mitzi (Ray) Byard of Tucson, Arizona, Nathanial (Sierra) Burke of Seattle, Washington and Daniella Ehrlich of Loveland, Colorado. She also had three great grandchildren, Lorelie and Autumn Byard of Tucson, Arizona and Miles Burke of Seattle, Washington.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Snyder of Fort Collins and her brother, David A. Snyder of Greeley. She is survived by her mother, Barbara Bloss of Greeley; brother, Michael (Shirley) Snyder, and Debbie (John) Schlobohm of Thousand Oaks, California.

She stayed home with the children until they went to Jr. High. She then worked for several insurance and construction companies. She always said, “I just want to be a mother and secretary.” She loved playing golf and working in the garden until she was diagnosed with COPD and eventually became homebound. She became a computer genius and movie buff, enjoying older movies of the 20’s to the 60’s. She also became involved in Genealogy studies.

She had a strong faith and when she could, she watched Abiding Love Services online on Sunday’s. She never gave up her faith even in the hard times that she had. She was loved and will be missed by many. Services will be held Sept. 4 at 10 am at Abiding Love Lutheran Church, 2825 E. 1St Street, Loveland, Colorado 80537. Light refreshments will be offered at the church. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Abiding Love in her name.
