Kathleen Reeks-Goldsmith, MD, RN, 73 of Greeley, died Friday, February 25, 2022 at Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins.
She will be sent to the G.L. Hills Funeral Home in Des Plaines, Illinois for interment in All Saints Cemetery.
Heritage Funeral & Cremation Services of Lafayette is handling local arrangements.
