JANUARY 13, 1968 – MAY 12, 2021
My sweet son, Kevin Craig Magnusson, 53 of Loveland, CO passed away on May 12, 2021. Kevin was born January 13, 1968 in Tachikawa, Japan. His father was in the military and was stationed there when Kevin was born.
Kevin battled with MS for several years, but was a fighter! He had a heart of gold and when he laughed or smiled, it would light up a room.
Kevin loved going to concerts with his friends, Lisa and Jerome. His favorite group was Blue Oyster Cult! He was also a huge fan of the New Jersey Devils.
Before I would go to work each morning, Kevin and I would watch the TV show, Mr. Bean. He knew I loved the show, so he would take the time to watch it with me. It was funny and just made us laugh, and made me feel good before I had to work. He bought me the stuffed teddy bear that Mr. Bean had on the show, on Mother’s day. It will always be very special to me.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Paula Vickers; sister, Kristi Gachne and husband Bruce; his brother, Derek Magnusson, his nephew, Brandon Gachne; his niece Alyssa, Gachne; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Martin Magnusson.
Kevin will be deeply missed more than words can ever express!
