Larry Robert Ball passed on to be with our lord God on January 13,2023.

This beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, uncle and friend was born on February 12, 1934 in Brownsville New York in his grandmothers farmhouse. Larry first met the love of his life Mary Steele in kindergarten. They began “going together” at the age of 14. These two lovebirds married on May 30th, 1953. This date turned out to be extra special when son Gary was born on this date.

Larry grew up in upstate New York where he thrived playing sports and working at the Brownsville paper mill. Larry and Mary moved to Rochester, New York where Larry went to work for Kodak. Kodak moved Larry and his family to Colorado in 1973. He then retired from Kodak-Colorado in 1987. After retiring, Larry hosted tours of the Granby pump plant in Granby, Colorado for the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. Larry was also a proud member of the Masonic lodge.

A very successful team, Larry and Mary could move mountains- literally. Time at their hand built mountain cabin was their favorite. Square dancing, hunting, fishing, sledding, snowmobiling, boating, 4 wheeling, woodworking, mechanics, creative artwork, Larry was a diverse man with many talents.

Larry was preceded in by his mother: Lena, father: Allen, grandson:Cory, brother: Allen.

Larry is survived by his wife Mary of 69 years,

Children: David (Julie), Gary, Lori (Doug).

Grandchildren: Jenni (Brent), Milissa (Mike), David ( Leisha), Kristen (Jordan), Jessica (Daniel) Jarod (Veronica), Justin , Brandon, Dan (Ang), Ryan (Lindsay), Sarah (Greg).

Great Grandchildren: Brent Jr., Kiera, Peyton, Landon, Baker, Lucy, Cora (Alex), Caitlin, Cory, Casper, Shane, Dakota, Kaylee, Maryah, Rily, Niko.

Larry is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and in- laws. An exceptional man who embraced and cherished all who came into his life.
