Lorayne “Kay” Raynor, 66, of Loveland passed away Friday, April 1, 2022. Born in Iowa she was the daughter of Carl and Helen Nusser. She graduated from Berthoud High School in 1974 and went on to pursue a variety of interests and raise 4 children.
Kay resided in Loveland with her husband Allen Baumann and their fur babies. Kay’s biggest passion in her life was her family. Spending time with her children, grandchildren, sister, niece and nephew brought her great joy and happiness. Her favorite times were spent at family gatherings, barbeques and picnics. Kay was also a lifelong, dedicated Colorado sports fanatic. Her love of the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies and Colorado Avalanche was palpable.
Kay was preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her children; Sandra Cope of Montana, Stephanie (Kyle) Johnson of Longmont, Michael (Christine) Taylor of Loveland and Julie (Brandon) Oasheim of Johnstown, 3 step-children, 19 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, her sister Julie Suchomel of Loveland, niece Pamela (Evan) Lindesmith of Loveland, and nephew Zachary Suchomel of Loveland.
A private memorial service will be held with family at a later date.
