Lucille Mae Kendall was born February 23, 1928 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her parents, Alice Christine Swanson and Ralph James Kendall were longtime residents of Larimer County. Lucille was the oldest and last of her family of 6 siblings. Her great pride and accomplishment was the years working at CSU Education Department. Her church family at Loveland Church of Christ was always in her heart. She married LeRoy Owens in 1951 and raised 3 children in Loveland, Janice, Jerry, and Doug; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. Lucille passed away on June 20, 2022 in Loveland.
