Marceil Ione Ritter, 82 of Loveland, Colorado received her wings on November 20, 2022. She rang the bell and is now with Our Heavenly Father.

Marceil was born at home on August 29, 1940 in Rome City, Indiana to Ione and Robert Kitchen. Marceil was the third of ten children. Marceil was baptized at the Rome City Baptist Church as an adolescent. Marceil married Ron Ritter in Loveland, Colorado on June 29, 1980. Marceil worked at Colorado Crystal as production manager from 1978-2020. Marci loved her family deeply and was a devoted Mother,  Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Marci loved attending any event involving her family.

She will be missed at family gatherings, great grandkids baseball games and swimming. Marci did get to attend her great grandsons baseball championship winning game this year. Marci came from a musically gifted family. She was known to break out the harmonica or keyboard and play for her grandkids and great grandkids on occasion. Marci was devoted to her faith and always had her bible near by. Her generosity served many, with no expectations attached. Marci had a smile that brightened a room.

She enjoyed reading, collecting bells, feeding the birds and gardening. She would spend time sitting on her back deck enjoying Gods creations. Marci is survived by son, Mark Acres (Julie) , daughter, Vicki Ione Colburn (Jack) Grandchildren, Sara Ione Volpi (Paul), Josh Colburn (Kelli), Dustin  Acres (Tiffany), Steven Colburn (Andrea), David Colburn (Sheena). Great Granchildren, Bailey, Austy, Maddie Ione, Kyle, Kailin Ione, Noah, Peyton, Bristol, Oliver, Eli, Colton, Silas. Siblings, Marilyn, Marie, John, Marcia Kay, Michael, and Mary. Marci was preceded in gaining their wings by Her husband, Ron, her parents, brother Ken, brother in law Jack, and sisters Maxine and Melody. Beloved pets Sam and Blink.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday Nov. 29th at Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home. Officiating: Pastor Scott Slayback of Life Spring Church, Loveland Colorado.

Cancer may have won the battle but Marceil won the war as she is Absent from the body, But Present with the Lord.
