JULY 21, 1939 – APRIL 27, 2021
Patsy Ruth Goldberg (Duvall) gained her wings on April 27, 2021. She was 81. Patsy was an angel to all who know her. Mother to many not all she gave birth to. She was born in Kingston, OK to Lum and Clara Donaldson. She had 4 brothers and 2 sisters all but 1 sister preceded her in death. She married John Duvall on Nov. 13, 1954 in Buckeye, AZ. They made their home in Fort Collins and had 5 children; Johnny Duvall (Roberta) Jason, Heather and Jr; David Duvall, Marcey and Emily; Nancy Bartels (Doug) Shawn, Courtney, Merissa and Ashley; Connie Bryan, Joshua, Tyler and Daniel; Patsy Mason (Scott) Travis, Katrina and Nick. They later divorced and in 1975 she met Steve Goldberg at the Safari Club and on Feb 14, 1981 they married. In this joining she gained 2 stepsons Ben Goldberg (Amy) Adam and Hannah; Matt Goldberg (Christy) Collin and Megan. They were married 40 years and had 19 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was employed at HP and after taking early retirement went on to work for Advanced Energy. After retiring she loved to walk the mall. She walked 6 miles a day and was very sad when the mall changed. She and Steve enjoyed traveling and flying off in their plane.
So many things I wish I could say but for now will hold in my heart. The memories of times spent together, I will forever cherish. As you gained your wings we gained another guardian. Fly High Mom!
