Renee Elizabeth Cortez, 59, of Milliken, Colorado went to be with the Lord on May 12, 2022.
Renee was born on December 1, 1962 in Orange, California. She grew up in Longmont, Colorado and spent most of her life in Colorado. She also lived in Chicago, Illinois for several years. Renee loved the outdoors, being in the mountains was one of her greatest joys. Renee loved dogs, she had several throughout her life whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed spending time with her parents and her many great nieces and nephews. She loved fireworks, rock and roll and fishing.
Renee is survived by her parents, Joseph Cortez of Longmont and Loretta Kirkland of Milliken; three siblings; four nieces and one nephew; several great nieces and nephews.
Renee was a very kind hearted person who will be missed tremendously.
