Sharon Marie Boerger, age 72, passed on to heaven. Born 3-8-1950, deceased 10-4-2022. She was born in Bethesda, MD to Leland and Loweda Love and raised in Idaho Falls, ID. She met her husband Bob Boerger in Coeur d'Alene, ID on a camping trip. They married September 4, 1971, and moved to Loveland, CO where they lived for their entire life together. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Buddy. She is survived by her husband Bob, children Kyle (Kim), John (Lauren), Ann (Ryan), and grandkids Madison and Jackson. Sharon's surviving siblings are Carolyn, Nancy, Margaret, LeeAnn, and Leland.

Sharon had a life well-lived and well-loved. She was a renaissance woman who was an accomplished genealogist, pianist, watercolor painter, woodworker, electrician, tile setter, home designer, math tutor, and gardener. With her love of quilting, every baby in the family was sure to receive one as a unique gift. She had a sense of wonder and adventure. Among her travels, she visited places such as Alaska, Israel, Mexico, Greece, Spain, Montenegro, Italy, Germany, England, Scotland, and Ireland.

She never stopped learning and loved camping, hiking, music, reading, Bible study, and motorcycling with her husband. She loved her family, many friends, church and her husband.

She felt her greatest accomplishments were her 51 year marriage to Bob, three wonderful children, and the four family genealogy books she researched and published. Sharon was a true lady and the world is a little less bright with her passing.

Her spirit was the most amazing and beautiful part of her. She loved everyone she met and seemed bring out the best in people. She was calm, loving, morally courageous, and kind. She never spoke an unkind word and it was easy for everyone to love her. Sharon was the best of our family and a child of God.
