Ted Brice Croswell, Sr. was born February, 14, 1932 in Philadelphia, Mississippi to Walter and Marie Croswell. The middle child of five siblings; Walter Patrick, James Everette, Ted Brice Sr., and twins Tim and Tom.

A man of the Christian faith who deeply and unconditionally loved his wife Jean LaFaye Knight Croswell, children, grandchildren, other family members and friends. Those closest to Ted so loved him.

He enjoyed participating in indoor and outdoor sports and excelled in them including Golden Gloves Boxing, fishing and hunting. He was a “Rockhound”. Ted was a Veteran of the US Army and for many years was an employee of the chemical and rubber industries.

Ted lived in Baton Rouge and spent some of his retirement there. His time in Colorado had been pleasant and productive. His patented invention, The Removable of Zebra Mussels from Rigid Structures, was made available for worldwide use. Ted was a brilliant person and much admired. There is so much more to admire, appreciate and love about this man than words can explain. The world is a better place for his having been in it.

Ted’s children include Lisa LaFaye Croswell Lenkowski and Ted Brice Croswell, Jr; grandchildren, Elise Nicole Croswell LeBlanc, Cameron Brice Croswell, Kristen Elizabeth Lenkowski and Allison Marie Lenkowski; and great-grandchildren, Benjamin Riley LeBlanc and Lucas Avery LeBlanc. Ted was the Son-in-law of Victor and Lennie Knight.
