My name is Maxine Kary and I am writing today to express my support for Regan Sample for City Council Ward 3. I want to urge the residents of Ward 3 to vote for Regan. I have had the pleasure of working with Regan for years and have always known him to be highly ethical and a fervent volunteer. He is guided by honesty and a dedication to serving his clients and community.
I know that Regan would be an exceptional City Council member, based on what I have seen of his approach to both the business and the private sector. He is an open minded, active listener who seeks solutions by considering many ideas. In addition, he seeks first to serve and collaborate while building long lasting relationships amidst a broad and diverse community. Regan's focus is not on personal gain, but community enrichment. I have witnessed this on several occasions as we have run school supply drives to collect and fill back packs for under privileged students. In addition, in our HEROES program he gives money to everyday heroes like Firefighters, Teachers and Coaches to assist with their closing costs when purchasing their homes. He gives of himself without asking for anything in return because he understands that when our community wins, everyone wins.
Regan is exactly the person Ward 3 needs representing them. He will lead by example, putting his duty to service and community above personal interest while seeking solutions firmly rooted in finding common ground.
