I just finish reading Anthony Maine piece on "What May Lie Ahead". Anthony stated the following "For the inequalities before us can no longer be ignored. History and theory indicate this republic will not last with such dire social strife. Will it all come to arms? As much as I would like to drip love and write a piece on how wonderful it is to live in Boulder County I like you to know that we have parents fighting for the protection of their civil rights that are being punished for demonstrating. Living in this county means you are faced with mounting threats to your constitutional rights and equal protection under the law - attorneys actions and misconduct are being overlooked.
The county and the DA office ignore attorney conduct. Attorneys can say outrages things and do outrages things but when is the last time you seen an attorney investigated in this county for cheating, lying, and bullying or traumatizing? When you complain about an attorney to the Attorney Regulations the DA uses your complaint and considers it harassment. If you think your Boulder County is a democracy your completely misguided because a democracy means civil rights for all, including housewives with no legal experience. It's far too easy to put a housewife in jail and clearly far too difficult to do the same to an attorney. The brotherhood of attorneys that exist in this county is outrages. Attorneys can lie, steal and cheat Coloradans and the DA does nothing than my friends you are already living in world described by Anthony Maine as "inequality". They can gossip and disclose your confidentially and they do. Its simply outrages.
